This hat is desgined by Isabel our CEO and creative designer but is made by mayan hands. At Malosa studio be work with mayan ladies and they make the flowers exactly like the huipiles they use as a fancy dress in their origin villages in Yucatán. This flowers are caracteristic of the customs and traditions of the Mayan ladies and the idea was to show in this hat the beauty of their embroidery art and to keep the tradition going. Many of this flowers are made in Cobá, Valladolid and Merida, and also in little villages of Yucatán. The material of the hat is sahuayo fromo Michoacan, and its coconut palmtree and has a leather bobstay.
